Nicholas J. Masterpol appeals from a judgment entered after a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, McCurn, J., convicting him of obstructing justice in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1503 and of submitting a false statement within the jurisdiction of a United States court in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1001.
