Plaintiff, Jerrold L. Cunningham, appeals from denial of worker's compensation benefits in the Obion Chancery Court. In dismissing the case the chancellor held that plaintiff did not suffer a compensable injury or accident while employed by defendant, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
