This declaratory judgment litigation was filed by Allstate Insurance Company, Plaintiff-Appellee, to determine whether liability under a homeowner's policy issued to Dewey and Louise Crafton was negated by an exclusion for injuries arising out of the maintenance of a motor vehicle.
