Following a bench trial, William Cherry was convicted of violating 18 U.S.C. § 2242(1) (sexual abuse) and 18 U.S.C. § 2243(a) (sexual abuse of a minor). The district court sentenced him to 120 months' imprisonment followed by three years of supervised release.
