Defendant-Appellant, Lee Andrew Davis, was found guilty following a jury trial of one count of possession of a stolen interstate shipment in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 659. He was acquitted on one count of conspiracy to steal and possess an interstate shipment in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. Davis was sentenced under the United States Sentencing Guidelines to fifteen months in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release...
