PER CURIAM.

David Edward Youmans appeals his prison sentence of 151 months imposed by the district court1 upon his guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute and one count of distributing cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846. Youmans argues he was entitled to an adjustment for acceptance of responsibility. We affirm.
