Appellant, Steven James Bodin, appeals his judgment of conviction for the offense of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than 28 grams. Tex. Health and Safety Code § 481.102(6) and § 481.115(a), (b) (Vernon Supp.1991).
