Douglas P. Johnson, and David Casani, non-party appellants, appeal the district court's affirmance of Rule 11 sanctions imposed by the bankruptcy court for filing a meritless motion for rehearing of a previously denied motion for reconsideration. Because we find that the bankruptcy court erred in denying the original motion for reconsideration, we REVERSE the district court's order affirming the denial of reconsideration, VACATE its order affirming the...
