The appellants, Theodore J. DeLisi (Teddy) and Richard DeLisi (Richard), challenge their judgments and sentences for (I) violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO) Act; (II) trafficking in 100 pounds or more of cannabis; and (III) conspiracy to traffic in 100 pounds or more of cannabis.
