In this appeal, Charles R. Derrer challenges the Secretary's termination of his Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits based on a finding that Derrer's resources exceeded the statutory limit. Derrer contends that (1) the Secretary's finding was not supported by substantial evidence, (2) the Secretary erred in not considering the applicability of regulations governing income producing property...
