Appellant, Jerry Watson, appeals his jury trial conviction of armed criminal action, Section 571.015.1 RSMo 1986. (Further references shall be to RSMo 1986 unless otherwise noted). The jury also found appellant guilty of kidnapping, Section 565.110, but the trial court suspended the imposition of sentence on the kidnapping count, and it is not a final judgment for purposes of appeal.
