Charles Steger, Don Bizzell, and Steger & Bizzell, Inc. appeal from a judgment taken against them by VandeWater Construction, Inc. ("VandeWater") on claims of negligence, breach of express and implied warranties, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), Tex. Bus. § 17.41-.61 (1987 & Supp.1991)....
