ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY v. GINGRAS

Nos. 90-729, 90-730.

579 So.2d 919 (1991)

ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY and David B. Jacoby, Appellants, v. Gilles GINGRAS, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

June 4, 1991.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Angones, Hunter, McClure, Lynch & Williams and Christopher Lynch, Jack Whitelock, Jr., Miami, for appellants.

Touby, Smith, DeMahy & Drake and Kenneth R. Drake, Miami, for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and NESBITT and COPE, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Allstate Insurance Company appeals an adverse final judgment. David Jacoby appeals the order of the trial court denying him costs. We affirm the former and reverse the latter.

As to Allstate's appeal, we conclude that there was sufficient evidence for the jury to find that Allstate had joint possession and control of the premises. See Bovis v. 7-Eleven, Inc., 505 So.2d 661, 664 (Fla. 5th DCA 1987);
