Blair William Guthrie appeals his conviction for possession of an unregistered silencer, claiming the district court erred by: (1) failing sua sponte to give certain jury instructions; (2) restricting the cross-examination of a key government witness; (3) refusing to hold a Franks hearing; and (4) increasing his criminal history score under the United States Sentencing Guidelines...
