Defendant-Appellant Timothy Schick appeals his convictions for Voluntary Manslaughter, a class B felony (IND. CODE 35-42-1-3), Theft, a class D felony (IC 35-43-4-2), and Confinement, a class D felony (IC 35-42-3-3).1
