Lewis R. Kulczyk appeals the district judge's denial of his motions for acquittal and for a new trial. The judge entered judgment on a jury's verdict finding the appellant guilty on eleven counts of mail fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1341, and three counts of witness tampering, 18 U.S.C. § 1512.
