Ignatius Ang appeals the dismissal of his complaint alleging race discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981; national origin discrimination in violation of Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2; and retaliatory dismissal in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3.
