Georgette Speer and the Texas Commission on Human Rights (Commission) appeal from a judgment rendered for Presbyterian Children's Home & Service Agency (PCHSA). Speer and the Commission sued PCHSA, alleging employment discrimination. The parties tried the case to the court. Speer asserts seven points of error. The Commission asserts eight points of error. Both Speer and the Commission maintain that PCHSA is not a religious corporation...
