ERVIN, Chief Judge:

Adolph J. Barsanti, Harold M. Kline, and Allen Griffey were indicted in an eleven count indictment in the Eastern District of Virginia. They were charged with conspiracy, making false statements, and defrauding the United States. All three were convicted of the conspiracy charges. In addition, each was convicted of making false statements to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Federal Housing...
