OPINION
STEFFEN, Justice:
This is an appeal from an order granting a motion to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to a search warrant issued on the basis of information confirmed through eavesdropping on an extension telephone by a police agent. The sole issue on appeal is whether the eavesdropping, occurring without the consent of all parties to the conversation, was authorized under Nevada law. We hold in the affirmative and reverse.
