OPINION ON MOTION FOR REHEARING AND CLARIFICATION

BARKDULL, Judge.

Appellant appeals his conviction and sentence to twenty-two years in prison entered by the trial court pursuant to a jury verdict which found the defendant guilty of burglary and grand theft.
