ROSE, Justice:

Appellant Jeffrey W. Robinson suffered permanent damage to his hand when he tried to remove, an object from a box crushing machine. Robinson was a boxboy at Lucky's Supermarket and was operating the machine when the accident occurred. He sued the manufacturer of the machine, G.G.C., Inc., dba Enterprise Company (Enterprise) on a strict products liability theory based on defective design.
