After pleading guilty to two counts of possession with intent to distribute and distribution of the narcotic controlled substance "Dilaudid," William Scott Blythe was sentenced to 45 months of imprisonment and 3 years of supervised release and drug testing. Blythe alleges due process violations in the sentencing proceedings. For the following reasons we affirm the sentence imposed by the district court.
