Appellant Jason Hart was charged with two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of first degree burglary in violation of Minn.Stat. §§ 609.342, subds. 1(c), (e)(i), 609.582, subds. 1(a), (c) (1990). Appellant was found guilty by a jury and convicted of one count of criminal sexual conduct and one count of burglary.
