OPINION

NYE, Chief Justice.

A jury found appellant, Epifanio Alvarado, guilty of murder and also found a single enhancement paragraph to be true. The jury assessed as punishment ninetynine years' confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Appellant appeals by thirteen points of error. We affirm.
