Kenneth Pool and W.C. Pool, appellants, are the only living sons of Bessie Shelby, testatrix of the estate which is the appellee herein. Louise Creekmore, Shelby's only daughter and the named executor in Shelby's will, brought this probate proceeding asking the trial court to admit the will into probate.
