On September 2, 1985, the moped driven by plaintiff's decedent, Austin Serson, and the automobile driven by defendant Anne M. Ethier (hereinafter defendant) collided on Wade Road near its intersection with Old Niskayuna Road in the Town of Colonie, Albany County. Just prior to the accident, defendant had been driving her car in a southerly direction on Wade Road toward its intersection, while decedent was traveling westbound on Old Niskayuna...
