Defendant-appellant Lowell Hahn (Hahn) was convicted, on his conditional plea of guilty under Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2), of possession of unauthorized access devices and credit card fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1029(a)(2), (3), and of two counts of use of a false social security number, contrary to 42 U.S.C. § 408(g)(2).
