Arthur Bruder pleaded guilty under a plea agreement to being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, and to possession of an unregistered firearm. The district court refused to group these two offenses for the purpose of sentencing. Mr. Bruder appealed. He argues that the district court erred when it failed to group the offenses and that the court should have given him a two-level reduction in his offense level because of his post-offense...
