After jury trial, defendant was convicted of sexual assault in the first degree, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-319 (Reissue 1989), and of manufacturing child pornography, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-1463.03 (Reissue 1989).
