Defendant Carlos Perdomo appeals from a final judgment of conviction entered in the United States District Court for the District of Vermont following his plea of guilty before Franklin S. Billings, Jr., Chief Judge, to one count of conspiracy to distribute cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), (b) and 846.
