Appellant Dorothy Halla-Poe was charged with three counts of violation of Minn.Stat. § 169.121 (1988) (driving under the influence of alcohol; driving with alcohol concentration of .10 or more; alcohol concentration of .10 or more as measured within two hours of driving).
