BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted defendant Gayle Thomas of three counts of assault and one count of using a firearm in the commission of a felony. The District Court1 denied Thomas's motion for a new trial and sentenced him to serve eighty-one months' imprisonment followed by two years of supervised release. Seeking reversal of his convictions, Thomas appeals. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
