OPINION

COHEN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The trial court found two enhancement allegations true and assessed punishment at confinement for life.

At approximately 12:30 a.m. on August 16, 1989, Houston police officer D.S. Null saw a Cadillac enter the parking lot of a Stop-N-Go convenience store. Several people left a nearby apartment complex and walked toward the car. Null suspected drug activity...
