PER CURIAM.

This case involves interpretation of Arkansas' underinsured motorist statute, Ark.Code Ann. § 23-89-209 (Supp.1989). Marcus Edens appeals the district court's1 grant of summary judgment in favor of Shelter Mutual Insurance Company on Edens' state law claim for underinsured motorist insurance benefits. We affirm.
