Pursuant to a plea bargain, defendant entered guilty pleas to one count of aggravated sexual assault in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-405, one count of aggravated robbery in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-6-302, and one count of aggravated kidnapping in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-302. All are first degree felonies. He was a juvenile when he committed the crimes but was certified to be prosecuted as an adult...
