This case is before the Court on defendant Michael Sandborn's December 6, 1989 Motion to Reduce Sentence under Rule 35 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. The May 9, 1989 indictment in this case charged defendant Sanborn and another with conspiring to distribute and possession with intent to distribute heroin and cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841, 846. Two other defendants were charged in Count II...
