Petitioner, Phyllis E. Nelson filed this petition for review of the Industrial Commission's decision denying her unemployment compensation benefits. In affirming the decision of the Administrative Law Judge ("A.L.J."), a majority of the Board of Review of the Industrial Commission ("Board") concluded that Ms. Nelson was discharged from her employment for "just cause" under Utah Code Ann. § 35-4-5(b)(1) (1990).
