This case involves a question as to whether activities conducted by appellees Vernon T. Stowers d/b/a Stowers Oil and Gas Co., and Bink, Inc., were conducting "reworking operations" sufficient to keep an oil and gas lease in force during its secondary term and while the only well, a gas well, was not in production.
