Lawrence Terrell appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant, Georgia Power Company. Terrell was injured when he fell from a walkway while working at ORBA Transhipment Company, owned by the defendant. Terrell claimed that Georgia Power and various fictitiously named parties had negligently and/or wantonly failed to provide him a safe workplace; had negligently and/or wantonly caused or allowed faulty loading facilities to exist...
