In this appeal of a divorce action we are asked to decide whether the magistrate properly determined that the prenuptial agreement signed by the parties was void. The magistrate concluded, as did the district court on appeal, that the prenuptial agreement was invalid because the wife had not entered into the agreement freely nor had she understood the meaning of the agreement.
