David Dailet was charged with the simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling and attempted armed robbery. LSA-R.S. 14:62.2; 14:64. He was found guilty of attempted first degree robbery. He was sentenced to serve 10 years at hard labor on the burglary charge and 20 years at hard labor on the robbery charge (said sentence to be served without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence).
