Before me for resolution is an adversary proceeding brought by William Fox against the debtor, asserting the nondischargeability in bankruptcy of a debt owed to him. The plaintiff argues that the debt is nondischargeable pursuant to the provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4) and (a)(6).
