The people appeal from an order of the Recorder's Court dismissing the probation violation petition against defendant. We reverse.

Defendant was originally convicted of possession of less than twenty-five grams of cocaine. MCL 333.7403(2)(a)(v); MSA 14.15(7403)(2)(a)(v). Defendant was placed on two years' probation. While on probation, defendant was arrested for possession of cocaine, heroin, and marijuana. Consequently, a probation violation petition...
