A teaching contract of appellant, Mary Knox, was non-renewed by the Waterloo Local School District Board of Education. A subsequent arbitration involving the non-renewal resulted in a finding of procedural errors and a remedy as set forth by the arbitrator. A complaint to vacate the arbitrator's award was filed in the common pleas court and resulted in the arbitrator's award being vacated and set aside. An appeal of the court's decision was taken...
