For purposes of these decisions the court has consolidated the indictments charging the Contemporary Arts Center, an Ohio corporation not for profit ("CAC"), and Dennis Barrie ("Barrie"), with violating R.C. 2907.323(A) (3) and 2907.32(A)(2).1 These charges result from the public display at the CAC as supervised by the CAC's Director, Barrie, of the exhibit entitled: "Robert Mapplethorpe: Perfect Moment."
