Antwan T. Evans, appellant, was convicted by a jury in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City of possession of heroin. He was sentenced to four years imprisonment.

Appellant contends on appeal that the court erred:

1. In permitting him to be tried without counsel. 2. In finding the evidence sufficient to sustain his conviction.
