Now before this court for disposition is a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Marilyn Jane Detwiler.
The within action arises from an incident in which a dog, owned by defendant Shaw, allegedly chased the minor plaintiff causing him to fall and allegedly sustain injury therefrom. Plaintiffs and defendant Shaw were neighbors.
