OPINION OF THE COURT

FLAHERTY, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, terminating Petitioner Simon's confinement for civil contempt, lifting the suspension of a previously imposed sentence for drug related crimes during pendency of the contempt sentence, and dismissing Simon's petition for a writ of habeas corpus relative to his criminal contempt sentence.
