Defendant Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Hospital (Rush) brings this appeal seeking reversal of a jury verdict rendered in favor of plaintiff Michael Harrington. Harrington's medical malpractice action alleges that Rush was negligent in the care and treatment of Sheryl Harrington, Michael's wife, and that such negligence proximately resulted in Sheryl's death.
